As soon as we received the documents from the au pair (passport, motivational letter, diploma, references, photo album, …), we start the search for the perfect host family.
We connect the au pair candidate with our host families and will set up interviews with suitable host families.
During the interview the au pair can ask the host family any questions she or he has.
